1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bea99 website at bea99.vip and all associated services, products, features, content and functionality offered by bea99 ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Use of the bea99 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet each condition listed below:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. bea99 may request proof of age at any time and will permanently close accounts found to belong to underage individuals.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. You are not under any legal disability that restricts your ability to use gambling services.
• Own account only: You are registering solely for your own personal use. You will not open an account on behalf of another person, or allow any third party to use your account.
• One account per person: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Not self-excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or any other responsible gaming restriction you have previously requested from bea99.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of bea99 you must register a valid account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number for account registration. This number serves as your primary login identifier and is used for SMS verification.
• You must keep your account information current. bea99 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate and up-to-date account details, including your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your password with any other person. Notify bea99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bea99 may close or suspend an account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in contravention of applicable laws.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for withdrawal processing and may be required at other stages. Accepted documents include National ID card, passport and driving licence.

All activity on your bea99 account is your sole responsibility. bea99 is not liable for losses from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions, including using a strong password and logging out of shared devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bea99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services and selected bank transfer methods. The following conditions apply to all payment transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. bea99 reserves the right to apply deposit limits where required for compliance or responsible gaming purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. bea99 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal processing: Mobile wallet withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to registered account only: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as your bea99 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Currency: All transactions on bea99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bea99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bea99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, communicated at the time each bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bea99 promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• One bonus per household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household and shared IP address. bea99 may decline or revoke a bonus where multiple accounts are found operating from the same household.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire if not used within the period specified at the time of issue. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance without prior notice.

• Bonus abuse: bea99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings and close an account where it has evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any other form of fraudulent promotion exploitation.

bea99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time the change is made, provided those bonuses are used within their original expiry period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the bea99 Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or engage in any form of financial fraud. bea99 reports suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any investigation.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, game operators or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or sporting event available on the Platform.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one bea99 account, whether directly or through associated individuals, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Abusive behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at bea99 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

7. Responsible Gaming
